Dr. Hongxun Hui is an Assistant Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City, University of Macau. Previously, he received a B. Eng. degree in 2015 and Ph.D. degree in 2020 both from the College of Electrical Engineering in Zhejiang University. From 2018 to 2019, he was a visiting scholar at the Advanced Research Institute in Virginia Tech and CURENT Center in University of Tennessee. His research focuses on smart grid optimization and control, demand response, power economics, carbon markets, and interdisciplinary energy-environment systems. He has published 1 international book and more than 40 SCI journal papers as the first/corresponding author. Four of the papers was selected as the ESI Highly Cited Papers (Top 1%). He has led 7 competitive projects as Principal Investigator (PI), including grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the National Key R&D Program of China (sub-project), the Macao Science and Technology Development Fund (FDCT), and Guangdong Basic and Applied Basic Research Foundation.

Dr. Hongxun Hui is Young Editorial Board Member and Guest Editor of high-level journals, including Research, The Innovation Energy, Applied Energy, Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, Energy Conversion and Economics, Engineering Reports, Integrated Intelligent Energy, etc. He was elected in the 1st batch of the Academic Rising Star Program for Ph.D. at Zhejiang University in 2018. Besides, he got the Outstanding Reviewer Award from the Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy in 2018, the Best Paper Award of IEEE iSPEC-2021, the First Prize and the Best Innovation Award of the 2021 National AI Application Competition in Power Dispatching, the Excellent Paper Award of the Integrated Smart Energy Conference in 2023, the Best Paper Award of IEEE EI2-2023, and the Excellent Peer Reviewer Award from CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems in 2024. He was elected as Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program by CSEE in 2024.

惠红勋，澳门大学智慧城市物联网全国重点实验室，助理教授/博士生导师，主要从事电力系统调控、电力经济与碳市场、环境/能源/建筑交叉学科等相关领域的研究工作。分别于2015和2020年获浙江大学电气工程学士和博士学位，曾任美国弗吉尼亚理工大学访问学者、田纳西大学访问学者，是IEEE高级会员、IEEE Macau 理事会成员、中国电机工程学会高级会员、国际供电会议组织(CIRED)中国国家委员会技术委员会委员、中国城市科学研究会绿色建筑与节能专业委员会委员、国家能源局‘十五五’研究课题虚拟电厂技术研究方向编写组召集人。主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技部重点研发计划子课题、澳门科学技术发展基金等国家或省部级项目7项。以第一作者/通信作者在IEEE等期刊上发表SCI索引期刊论文40余篇，ESI高被引论文4篇，出版学术专著1部，主要参与制定行业/团体标准4项。担任Applied Energy、Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems等国际/国内高水平期刊编委和专题主编，入选中国电机工程学会“青年人才托举工程”项目、浙江大学“学术新星培养计划”等。获2021年南网创新创业大赛(AI算法评比类)一等奖和创新奖、2022和2023综合智慧能源大会优秀论文奖、国际会议iSPEC-2021最佳论文奖、国际会议EI2-2023最佳论文奖等。

• [2019-10-18] Hongxun Hui got the Wang Guo Song Scholarship (王国松奖学金) in the 2018-2019 academic year! It is the highest honor at the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University. This year, 4 Ph.D. students got this scholarship among about 180 Ph.D. students.
